Returning products
For our company, your satisfaction is the most important, this is why our products are made with great attention to quality and performance, in addition to meeting the standards.
However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, don’t worry: If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return it within 14 calendar days.
In accordance with Ordonanța de Urgență nr. 34/2014 on consumer rights in distance contracts: the consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract, without having to justify the decision to withdraw and without incurring any costs other than those provided for in art.13 alin.(3) și art.14 din O.U.G nr. 34/2014, within 14 days from the day on which he/she takes physical possession of the product.
The return costs will be paid by the consumer.
Costs and special fees for return of purchase
Costs borne by the buyer:
- Costs of return and transport for the product, in case the buyer renounces the purchase of the product within 14 days of receipt of the product
- If the product is returned in a condition in which it can no longer be sold as new, we will charge a fee to restore the product to its original condition (if possible) or to cover the difference in price resulting from the sale of the product as second-hand or, at the customer’s option, we will re-ship the product at the customer’s expense (Article 14(3))
Return costs are borne by the seller if:
- The product does not conform to the specifications in the seller’s offer
- Product not conforming to the specifications stated in the buyer’s order
Cancellation of the purchase within 14 days is only valid for products delivered by courier. Orders that are picked up from our facilities or delivered by our company directly to customers via our own staff are not considered distance trade, as they can be viewed, checked and accepted personally as appropriate to the customer’s purpose and needs.
The return of products can only be made via the courier service GLS or DPD. The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original packaging, with intact labels and accompanying documents). If you have purchased several products of the same kind, you can only return one unsealed product and the rest must be sealed. Returned products must be accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice.
In cases where returned products have damaged or incomplete packaging, signs of wear, scratches, dents, chipping, we reserve the right to decide to accept the return or to withhold an amount from the value of the product, which will be communicated after assessing the damage.
We also reserve the right to refuse to accept returns in the event of abuse (repeated returns).
If the return has been refused for one of the reasons listed above, the cost of return transport to the buyer will be at the buyer’s expense.
Disputes arising between users of this site and Faboltray SRL shall be settled amicably. If the dispute is not resolved amicably, the Romanian courts shall have jurisdiction.
If you comply with the above terms and conditions and wish to return the product please follow the procedure.
- Inform the seller in email faboltray@gmail.com or by telephone +40 722 360 831 about the return and agree on the method of dispatch.
- The customer will pack the products in such a way that they will not be damaged during transport and will add a copy of the invoice to the parcel.
- The seller will receive the parcel, examine the returned goods and inform the customer whether the goods comply with the terms and conditions of return.
- The seller will return the amount paid by the customer (less transport costs) within 14 days to the account specified by the customer.
