Delivery time

Your orders placed on the faboltray.com website are generally delivered to the recipient within 3-6 working days from the time of order.

This value represents the time for packing the parcel at our warehouse (which usually takes 1 working day) and the actual delivery time of our courier GLS/DPD (5-6 working days in most locations in Romania).

By “working days” we mean Monday-Friday, excluding Romanian national holidays. In exceptional cases delivery may be delayed due to force majeure (e.g. weather events, strikes, etc.). During large-scale promotional events such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday, deliveries may be delayed.

Delivery costs

The express courier delivery fee for all orders from Romania, placed by private buyers regardless of the number or value of products is 20 Ron. 

Products ordered from outside Romania can only be paid by bank transfer. In this case you must place your order and our colleagues will contact you to arrange the cost and shipping method.

Where do we deliver?

Products purchased from faboltray.com are delivered to any destination in Romania and EU, according to the above conditions.
